This trail is at Krankesjön is a bird watching site of high class. Here is the bird tower and hideout. Along the embankment you pass the open and flat Revinge unit. There are plenty of water-filled peat graves and swamp forests. In addition to a rich bird life, different species of toads thrive, as well as frogs and water salamanders. At Torna Hällestad, the hike runs along a network of pebbles. They were created when the latest ice sheet melted away, about 13,000 years ago. The ridges are today covered with rich faeces, beech forest and by the mutant vresbok. Look out for flowers such as backpack and orchid. South is approaching a completely different type of ridge, Romeleåsen. It is one of Skåne's larger ridges and a horst. Here you largely walk through beech forest. Revingehed's armory training field that passed was the training ground for the infantry in 1888. Make a departure from the embankment and discover Torna Hällestad's medieval church and the rune stones that are walled in memory of two brave Viking men, Toke and Arre. The village probably originated from the Middle Ages and eventually became the place of station. You pass a water-filled quarry with gneiss and closer to Romeleåsen one of Skåne's largest and best-preserved shipyards, the Jättagraven in Ugglarp. Skåne was one of the most well-to-do landscapes in the Nordic region and at the beginning of the 18th century Björnstorp's castle entered. Previously, it was a relatively insignificant farm. The park is open to visitors today. It began in 1761 by noble Adolf Fredrik Barnekow, who probably ruined himself on the same. A memorial stone east of the estate tells about the surrounding bare landscape and about planting trees. Björnstorp's goods were early to embark on the planting wave and began in 1880 the replanting of the forest.
