Part of a series of promoted walks suitable for pushchairs and buggies, this short walk follows surfaced footpaths and pavements. 1. Go out of the car park and cross over Moa Place into School Green Road. 2. Turn left, walking past shops and the post office. 3. Turn sharp right before the pub up a slight hill into Longhalves Lane, F65. 4. Walk along this footpath for approximately 100 yards. 5. Where the path joins footpath F15 you have the opportunity to extend the walk around Golden Hill Park, by turning left and following trail F15. (See Route 2a Longhalves Lane to Golden Hill Fort) 6. For the 1 mile walk, turn right down F15 stopping to look at the view or have a picnic. 7. When you get back to Longhalves Lane, you can either carry straight on past All Saints School to rejoin School Green Road, or 8. Turn left along footpath F17, right into F28 to join Hooke Hill. 9. Turn down Hooke Hill and right into School Green Lane 10. Follow School Green Lane through to Moa Place and the car park.
