Definitely a heart pumper and lung burner for someone who's out of shape, so the moderate rating is quite accurate. I ended up turning back after half an hour, too tired to do anymore incline. Went counterclockwise as suggested in some of the reviews. I'll try again sometime but start in the other direction to compare. Started at 3:15 PM and was looking for a nice short hike as was later in the day. Great workout for the legs, primarily the quads. Need to be careful on the way back down with the loose rock.
