Amazing views, totally worth it. Uphill the whole time, and quite steep at parts. Maybe because there aren’t trees and things for scale, it doesn’t look very long or steep just looking at it, but it is actually a longer and steeper hole than it looks. The first part is grassy and pretty easy. The next part is rocky with some scrambling involved, and gravelly at parts. Poles would be helpful up and especially down this part for someone with bad knees. The trail is marked with blue plastic poles until this point. You can’t actually see the summit until you get to the top of this rocky part, but it’s not too far or difficult from there, though very rocky and basically no real trail (no more blue pole markers either), you just walk straight up. The cairns to the left at this point will lead you to the cliffs of ennigsberg, not the summit. I recommend going up to the summit, then down the other side down the the cliffs. You can walk out on to them and it’s really beautiful views. Then from there you can follow the cairns back to the trail. On a clear day you can see six or seven of the other islands, really spectacular. I would allow at least five hours to include stopping to rest and appreciate the views take pictures, eat a snack, etc, and to walk out to the cliffs once at the summit. It’s strenuous at parts and you will feel it the next day, but I think anyone in normal health/fitness can do it, just might take a little longer for breaks and slower pace.

Short eastern trail, to a breath taking view on the top.. cliffs going approx 350meters straight into the sea. easy family walk, just take care of the kids.
