Note: This trail is ONLY open during Davis Mountain Preserve's Open Days. Please refer to the Preserve's website for dates- https://www.nature.org/en-us/get-involved/how-to-help/volunteer-and-attend-events/find-local-events-and-opportunities/davis-mountains-open-days Start at Road Canyon Road gate and hike up Road Canyon Road. Take a right on Crest Trail. You'll need to bushwhack to the summit, bushwhack back down to Crest Trail to Bridge Gap and then down Bridge Trail back to the PA. The bushwhack up was a bit of a scramble past two or three rock ledges. The summit has great views. Going down isn't so bad. There are no rock ledges and no scrambling. It's just a little steep.
