If you’re stopping for a picnic or boating these are fun trails I guess to wander around in. Nothing very picturesque, A bit overgrown so as others have said spray for ticks. The lake by the parking lot is pretty and there’s a playground for the kids.

Though maybe not worth the trip in its own right, this nice web of trails is a fun stop when visiting Lake Alto Park in Waldo, Florida for picnicking or boating. There are maybe 3 miles of trails total, weaving and criss-crossing in a tract of conservation forest hemmed in by the lake, the neighborhood, and the park. The trails are a bit overgrown with grass - in other words, spray for ticks - but remain very easy to follow.
