The starting point of the route is between kilometers 6 and 7 of the road. N-141 D that goes from Vic to Vilanova de Sau, there is an entrance to the right (direction Vilanova de Sau) after kilometer 6 and before a curve, there is an indication of the route of the Iberians that leads to EL CASOL DE PUIGCASTELLET (Folgueroles). We continue along the path and pass by Mas d'en Coll, we just have to follow the indications of the Iberian route to the Pla del Bronze, here we will take a path in the middle of the forest that indicates Sant Llorenç del Munt. We arrive at Can Barretina, a farmhouse of which only the walls remain. From here, the indicators that will continue to be the marks of the GR 2, in no way, we arrive perhaps the most emblematic place of the route, the Monastery or Castle of Sant Llorenç del Munt, the truth is that it surprises there in between the forest and the hills found that building. Follow GR 2 towards Coll Pedrís and Coll Sameda. The rock of the hills is a reddish-shaped conglomerate ... like the same type of rock in the Sant Llorenç del Munt area and the Serra de l'Obac (above Terrassa). We leave a path to go to an intersected track, we will continue to the left ... but we go to the right (later we will continue) to approach Salt de la Minyona, viewpoint over the Munts cliffs, with a panoramic view spectacular of the Montseny area, Vilanova de Sau and Les Guilleries. We go back, to follow the track to pieces, others as a dirt track ... up to the same road. that we have started (passed 7km 7, place called Pont del Vent), we just run down the street ... until the place where we left the car.
