Pro: the distance was short and the views, especially on top, are breathtaking. Con: the path is NOT an easy hike. It is not exactly a loop because you can only descend going clockwise off the summit. The trail is extremely narrow, washed away in places, and overgrown with some barbed plants. Many parts are quite steep and very slippery after rain. I dragged a casual hiker up here with me thinking the trek would be an easy 20 minute hike. It turned into a beautiful 2 hour disaster. I’m lucky he’ll ever speak to me again. If you are determined to do this on your own, please don’t let me stop you. Just be sure to bring gloves, a hiking stick if your balance is not on point, water, and of course proper footware.
