A great easy walk round the park with some lovely water views! Mostly paved so not too muddy and would also be a great trail for running.

This was an easy and pretty trail around the park - great for a relaxed walk. It got quite muddy about a third of the way round so I’d advise anyone doing this walk to wear decent boots following any wet weather!

Peace and quiet just listen to wildlife quiet easy going on foot.

It was a nice simple walk pretty views.. Good little stroll and it was so simple.. Route was also easy. I'd reccomend to go there on a nice sunny day. Didn't get to see much of the water but it was still pretty

good walk went into wooded area. peaceful first thing on a morning good for dog walking

Dog friendly. peaceful. easy walk

Not a bad walk, quite a lot is on tarmac. Next to the canal is the best part.

Nice short pleasent walk.

steady walk, dogs can not swim in the lake as much as people say they can... it is all fenced off. also come across a few dogs that where not dog friendly!?? why have your dog in a dog friendly place.. certainly without a mussel!

Lovely walk along the lake, with plenty of woodland for the kids to enjoy.

really nice trail, scenic and easy to do..heads up to anyone with dogs there are a few horses and bikes so if you have giddy pups it would be best to keep them on a lead :)

Great place to walk

I loved the walk.. It takes you on different routes. Its beautiful on a good sunny day. Just need good music and good company.. Its perfect. Taken me like 2 and half hours to do it all as I'm a slow walker

Great walk with a bit of everything. Woods, water, hills. Path well marked. Great for dogs too.

Great place spent hours walking the dog also went in cafe for a drink. It can get busy but don’t be put off it relaxing place

I go regular with my dog for a walk round the lake then in the woods. You can spend hours in peace and quiet just listening to the wildlife. You have to pay for parking in the car park but it’s not a bad price

I walk my dog every morning here when quiet as can get busy but a lovely place also easy for everyone. There is a cafe and dog wash when it’s wet and muddy. There’s a kids play ground so you can spend a day there. You have to pay for parking but it’s reasonable

Love the place now a shame there parking meters, but don’t let that stop you. It has nice easy paths so anybody can go. I walked my dog as there are plenty of bins.

Great place for a nice quiet walk. No parking fees at the car park.Easy for push chairs and wheel chairs. Good for walking the dogs

Great walk. Long and varied route with a few different villages and pubs on the way. recommended

Lovely walk, although breezy it was warm and the sun was shining. Saw a kestrel and some oyster catchers. Stopped and had a picnic by the "waterfall". Curlews calling along the way. Walking was relatively easy although walk up from waterfall was a bit strenuous for us oaps!! On the walk down to stanbury, climbed over the wall marked public footpath and sat in the sun for a coffee and a break from the wind which was thankfully behind us.

A very lovely walk through the country side. Some roads but mostly footpaths through fields and along the beautiful river.

great walk would advise boots. some steep slopes to get down with tricky tree roots. signs are suitable but keep an eye out.

great walk. plenty of paths to choose.. realy beautiful

i did this on a mountain bike. i did not follow the set route as i advetured a field further. over all a good experiance only down side is a near to the factory it smells.
