Beautiful walk and a little challenging at times.

Lovely walk and very flat. Easy walking.

Really enjoyed this trail! Took 2.5 hours for a normal walking pace. Would recommend trail shoes as it’s quite muddy in parts. Great trail!

Nice walk. Took around a hour of steady walking and a few scenic breaks. The track is visible with some muddy patches where streams cross over the path. The descent is rocky with large uneven steps. And its a bit rocky on the other side going up. All in all it is a good walk. Don’t let the above put you off its just so your prepared. Have fun

Lovely day to go walking but despite the lovely weather the ground was very boggy in places. Path was well marked out until after the blackstones and it became a bit more remote and harder to follow. Pretty much just walking through a field! Still enjoyed it and managed to cover 11k despite taking a different route.

Great trail. Good condition and clear paths. Great mix of woods and streams for kids and dogs alike but beware with kids there are some deep areas Great short family/dog walk.

Really enjoyable walk and had a few more ups and downs than you my think!

Did this walk today with the dog...we both really enjoyed it! The route is easy to navigate, no major issues. Great views and will certainly be walking this again!

Lovely views, moderate trail with some steep and uneven sections. Mostly good for dogs but difficult in parts - our dog doesn’t like being on the lead for too long so it was inconvenient at places. The first/last section (depending which way around you do the trail) along the main road isn’t too pleasant but is worth it for the rest of the trail. Overall an enjoyable walk - took us about 4.5 hours at a leisurely pace.

I used parts of this walking back to Tod from Cornholme, thankfully a beautiful day so could afford some detours. Some of the trails/paths fairly waterlogged/boggy in parts - particularly wooded areas and right on the tops but mostly easily accessible. If you’re not that nimble, a stick or pole would definitely be enough to suffice :)

Good dog friendly walk with great scenery. The trail was easy to follow (there were a couple of parts where I went off track but not by much and the app soon let me know!). There are a couple of stiles towards the end and one (possibly two from memory) of these don’t have dog gates so you need to be able to pick up your dog or they need to be agile enough to jump!

went to the Yorkshire wildlife trust at Adel dam. Very nice, never been before despite living in Leeds for 20 years! very quiet and peaceful with a great guided map.

A large portion of this route is along a main road, passing industrial estates. Then you walk along thin pathways fenced in at both sides where I had a Rottweiler barking at me trying to get at me through the fence for a portion of it. Would not recommend this as a peaceful walk.

Really enjoyed this walk. I’m a bit of an amateur and took one wrong turning but soon worked it out. Dog friendly and easy enough to follow.
