Absolutely stunning with very varied landscapes and habitats from fern woodland to heather hills and shaded forests. Would highly recommend!

Great simple trail, some walking on pavement in village. Flat with a couple of stiles

I wanted to do this walk especially for the deer, but the map on this app kept leading us up the wrong path and then would not adjust when on the right track. Hence we missed out on the deer which was disappointing. So in the end going back the way we came. All the tracks are over grown but manageable. All the same a lovely walk and will try again for the deer.

Hilly in parts so not for the youngest. Nice views and variation in terrain.

Great little walk, some beautiful scenic view, mostly wooded, a good walk for dog walkers slightly elderly, or those with chikdren.

Did this one especially for the deer with my daughter and she wasn’t disappointed. Although the deer obviously won’t let you near them, you get plenty of opportunity to see them. We also saw Geese, Sheep, Cows, Donkeys, and Alpacas. Great for the kids with all the animals to see and varied with woodland and open fields.

We did this walk on a sunny Sunday afternoon so sections were packed with people (not fun when trying to socially distance) also made it very noisy. Cars parked everywhere too! On a different day this would have been a great walk. River, wetland, lake, park - all beautiful a gentle climb up to some views. An easy short walk. Only took 1.5hrs.

Amazing! Such a great walk. Beautiful views and scenery. A gentle decline and then a fairy steep climb along the way but nothing too difficult. Super easy to follow and opportunity to lengthen or shorten the route. A really lovely walk.

Quite a lot of walking close to a main road which was a little annoying. A steep climb to some stunning views. Part of the walk is on a narrow path with a steep drop and the directions at the end are a little unclear so ended up navigating a really unkempt path! At the end of the nature reserve do not follow the public footpath sign and keep to the grass path instead (ahead not right!) easier to use the map at that point!

Fun trail, but lots of gates to lift bike over, which was a bit awkward. Also a few narrow bridges to walk across carrying the bike

A lot of the walk is on roads and up peoples drive ways... we ended up doing 8miles as the phone signal isn't good and we couldn't follow the map properly lol! I am glad we did it, lovely views and my daughter enjoyed the horses, but I won't be doing again as it wasn't good for the dog to be constantly on the lead. Too much road walking and live stock.

Really nice easy walk with two teenagers. We went on a hot day and most of the route is sheltered and so really easy to complete. There is road when walking through Slindon village but very little to no traffic
