Amazing walk - only tried it because it was so highly rated on this app. Very scenic, great if you have a dog. We walked an extra 0.5km to see the waterfall. Will defo do again!

Great walk enjoyed by all. lovely scenery and some hills too. only bit I didn't like was the cows

Loved this walk. Make sure you cross the river at Hoghtons Bottom as no bridge further on. It is crossable but not with children. Majority of walk is off the roads. Forests, rivers, meadows....a bit of everything. Fine view of Preston on the top. Easy to navigate and paths very good. Not busy at all when we were there. Easy on road parking near Nabs head pub.

Easy to follow trail for inexperienced walkers (myself). Completed anti-clockwise and scrambled up the last 100m or so. Definitely worth wearing decent footwear as loose underfoot.

Absolutely fantastic walk around although I think we took a slightly different path to this at some point and we did 3.8 miles. The dog and the kids also throughly enjoyed it, can’t wait to go back in autumn

I enjoyed it, a bit of everything. The only thing I would consider whether you want to wet your shoes while crossing the river.. Otherwise ok

Best walk we’ve done so far ... breathtaking views and scenery. Gorsdale scar gets the heart rate going and definitely wouldn’t recommend for inexperienced walkers ... it is a proper rock climb. Plenty of people didn’t fancy it and turned back to go up the path ... absolutely awesome walk!!

Lumb Falls - very overcrowded at the moment under Covid 19, almost impossible to park on both sides. Parking on land near Laithe Farm is private. Land around the falls is privately farmed on both access sides, livestock in fields. Some idiots are lighting BBQs, leaving loads of litter. I wouldn't add to the chaos at the moment. Farmer's daughter coming down to ask people not to treat the land like a public park. Please keep to the bridle paths.

Amazing place!

Lovely walk but unfortunately the trail was closed for the covid 19

Very nice, easy hike... social distancing is difficult though :)

Beautiful walk in fantastic conditions. Super breeze as it was hot hot hot! Couldn't carry enough water but plenty of beautiful streams if you are brave (disclaimer-water may not be safe to drink but me and my buddies are fine!). The 'scramble' is more of a rock climb but other than that it's just beautiful but easy walking. Would 100% recommend but maybe not if too hot as zero shade

Nice walk we changed it a bit to explore more of the river ure and waterfalls, however on the return loop the directions marked on the trail are poor it took us to a dead end and had to climb out of a field. The route marked must of been through private property. So be mindful on the route

Gorgeous walk on a beautiful day. Only downsides are traffic noise near the beginning and there were a lot of people there.

Nice and easy good evening walk with the dog

Not the actual route down to a tee, due to parking however a great walk fantastic views and a busy waterfall

Excellent, easy walking on path. Good challenge when walking up to the hunters lodge, but what a view.
