Too busy this time :/

September 2019 a common is a common at the end of the day. Somewhere to stretch your legs and enjoy fresh air but not a lot to look at.

Flat but peaceful. Lots of variations (side tracks) from route. Having a bike would be better as more of the park can be done. A lovely easy trial with beautiful Hampton Court nearby. And various other trails in the area.

Nice wildlife, easy dog walking trail

Nice walk around town, but getting from point to point had quite boring scenery especially as it was just residential back roads. But my partner is a tourist, and he enjoyed it so that's a bonus.

Recommend for a casual Sunday walk in the sun. No signage but difficult to get lost because there are lots of people around.

From Hilton Hotel near Paddington Station to Westminister Doubletree via Hyde Park by Silver London taxi

Good walk, challenging in places for a beginner (me) with a few uphills that gets the lungs working. Beautiful scenery, rivers, woods and landscapes. Stopped for a bite at the top of a climb and enjoyed the view. Good parking and route.

There's ample parking at the start. No directions on this one, so we took the left track which worked out ok. Cut out the dead end bit that's halfway through, took one minor detour past the 2 pubs and walk was 10k in the end. Some lovely countryside. There was an option to skip an uphill section but glad we did it, there's a nice church at the top. Our efforts are recorded here:

Decent elevation gains if you go up and down more than designated path. Friendlier people than most paths this close to central London, which is a definite plus!

How crazy it would be to do city walk at the night time. 2ed time ill be doing this walk at the night time. its a beautiful walk specially when you enter Notting Hill, If you thinking to do this walk never miss KYOTO garden its inside Holland park, one of the best thing you will come across. A lots of embassies you will come across in this walk like Israel, Australia, Sweden, Swaziland. Some people may like it. My favourite part of this walk was Notting hill, holland park, national Army museum, Chelsea embankment. If you haven't visited pimlico highly recommend as a part of london area it has a good vibe. over all i would give 5* for this walk.

One of the best walk in central London. If you are using this app for the first time, there are possiblity you will get confused with the red line. it's not that difficult. take your time and enjoy the walk. :)

Mostly industrial sites. Second half of the trail is not very visually stimulating.

beautiful views of homes I'll never own!! comfortably 3.5 hours with breaks in the heat.

on Grand Union Canal Circular Walk

I did this cycling. Initial part leaving from Wormwood Scrubs goes through some pretty busy roads and the when going through Thames Path, multiple parts either don't allow cycling or have stairs. You only actually get to the canal at Brentford so if cycling, I would start there and end in Wormwood Scrubs. Some parts of the canal are not in great shape and aren't wide enough for two way cycling, but it's manageable. When I did this, there were a couple of sections cut from the canal due to construction work. These required a considerable detour that wasn't straightforward.

it didnt record the entire trail we did which sucks but we did most of the trail and its so lovely to just walk through, a lot of blackberries for foraging as well, we picked a small handful. near the top of the trail theres like fences and it doesnt quite lead you ON the trail, but its kind of next so it so its not so bad theres so much nature, you wouldnt even know youre in london until you get to the edge of the park

1st time in Bushy Park great walk especially all the Wildlife was great, I'll definitely be there again soon.

The Richmond end was spectacular, though I did love seeing the Wimbledon Windmill. Definitely one of my favourite parts of the capital ring walk.

A fabulous way to see parts of London that aren't in the usual guides. Choose a section, pack a picnic to have along the way, work out which bus/tube will take you to the start of your chosen section and you've got a great, economical day out in nature. And, after 15 such days (or less if you combine sections), you'll have completed the whole ring! Suitable for all ages - our children were 6 & 8yrs when we did this and they loved it.

There and back again- gorgeous

would recommend doing anti clockwise, otherwise the end is very built up and not the best ending to the walk

lovely walk . Nice to clear your thought

Really enjoyed the views and beautiful scenery along the way.

once you're past Tate it gets less crowded on the south side, and the further west you go the better it gets. perfect for a Sunday morning rambling, and plenty of interesting places to finish off with a nice meal
