Parking is available at Danes Dyke car park for £2.90 all day. This stunning trail hugs the coast along the cliffs of the village of Flamborough. This loop can easily be made shorter by using trails and country roads that intersect along various points along the way. There are many places on the route to park and begin the journey, and you can always make this an out and back by turning around and heading back to where you parked. Please note that on the route featured here, you will be required to walk through town all the way across Flamborogh on a mix of roads and pedestrian paths to return to your point of origin.Show more

A circular walk around Flamborough a village in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England, north-east of Bridlington town centre on the prominent coastal feature of Flamborough Head. This short circular walk takes you on a mini-tour of one of the most spectacular areas of chalk cliffs in Britain. If you love coastal walks, stunning scenery and lighthouses, and want your dog to be able to have a good run too, then this exhilarating walk might just be the one for you. The terrain is fairly easy, following clear grassy paths and then ending along a quiet road. There are no stiles or livestock on route, but you will need to negotiate a footbridge and a flight of wooden steps. Remember to keep children close and dogs under close control on the sections close to the cliff edge. Allow 1.5 hours. Show more
