Popular circular route on the "Tierberg" with wonderful views and a cosy stop at the "Bergmannsklause".
From the railway station, head across the market square, past the castle ("Schiefermuseum" and "Spielzeugschachtel") into Eichhornsgasse, where the ascent begins.
Take a detour to the "Felsenhäuschen" and enjoy the view of the town. Then steadily uphill to the "Aussicht Pump". A marvellous view rewards the effort.
From here it's all downhill. After a cosy stop for refreshments at the "Bergmannsklause" (beer garden and wonderful outdoor area with lots of animals), the tour finally leads back down to the town.
