Panoramic circular route on the Arzberg in the Thuringian Forest Nature Park.
This beautiful tour starts at the car park in Bismarckstraße, near the metal craft museum. There is also the bus stop "Steinbach-Hallenberg, Bismarckstraße" and the railway station "Steinbach-Hallenberg" for those travelling by public transport. The route starts at the linden tree natural monument and around the Arzberg mountain. On the way, marvellous views of the landscape - but above all of the town itself and the castle ruins, can be enjoyed. A break can be taken on the seating area after reaching the little water house. The route then continues past the small open-air theatre, which is well worth seeing, back to the starting point.
