This relaxed circular walk starts at Mölln station (Lauenburg) - so you can easily arrive and depart by train. You start by walking through the wildlife park, admission is free, but you are welcome to leave a donation. You walk through the forest and once around the southern tip of Lake Lütau, then along the eastern shore of the Schmalsee to the north and through the old town back to the starting point. There are several places to stop for refreshments in the town.
