The start of the beautiful permanent RTF "Traventhal" is at the Avia petrol station in Bargteheide. The route takes you along the railway and through the town centre via Jersbek to Elmenhorst. Then continue along Oberteicher Weg to Sülfeld and Klingberg. Between Tralau and Bebensee, the route takes you along a boardwalk through the forest. The northernmost point of the tour is reached in Schwissel. Via Altengörs, Havighorst and Steinfeld, the route then follows a short section of the B75 back via Benstaben, practically heading west-south-west back to Bargteheide.
