Stage 2 of the long-distance hiking trail "Selketal-Stieg", Saxony-Anhalt.
This is the second stage of the varied and beginner-friendly Selketal-Stieg trail, which is around 70 kilometres long and leads through the beautiful Harz mountains between Stiege and Quedlinburg.
The starting point of the second stage is Alexisbad and the section ends in Meisdorf. Cliff paths, trails over mountain ridges and sunken paths promise plenty of variety. In addition to marvellous nature, cultural and historical attractions such as Falkenstein Castle await you.
Overnight accommodation and refreshment stops are available. The route can be reached by bus and train.
