Panoramic circular trail in the Palatinate Forest Nature Park, Rhineland-Palatinate.
The circular trail starts at the Wolfental car park. Several beautiful hiking routes start from there. This leads along the Isenach in an easterly direction and finally in a southerly direction to Drachenfels. There is a good uphill section and the Waldgaststätte zum Saupferch restaurant offers refreshments along the way. There are several caves to visit at Drachenfels, which are well worth a detour. From there, the route leads gently but steadily downhill around the Kleiner Pfaffenkopf and finally back northwards to the starting point.
