This hike leads through the beautiful Palatinate Forest and through the valley of the Krumbach, offering idyllic forest paths as well as wonderful views of the valley.
It starts from the Mandeltal car park in the direction of the waterworks and finally along the Krummbach stream to Weisenheimer See and the Weisenheimer Hütte. This is a great place to stop for a bite to eat (note opening times). From there, the route climbs gently back to the starting point.
