This stage of the Moselle Cycle Route leads from the wine village of Piesport to the charming Bernkastel-Kues with its castle and winding streets characterised by half-timbered houses.
A particular highlight is the view of the "Moselloreley" natural monument, a steep rock massif jutting out of the Moselle.
Vineyards, orchards and picturesque wine-growing villages such as Wintrich, Brauneberg and Mülheim accompany the tour downstream. The destination is the famous Moselle town of Bernkastel-Kues.
