Von Lintorf über Kettwig und Baldeneysee

From Lintorf, take the side roads to Mintard, from there across the fields to Kettwig and further along the Ruhr to Werden. Continue along Lake Baldeney and then along the Ruhr to Essen-Steele. There the route turns onto the Grugaradweg from where you continue along the RS1 towards Mülheim. Take the cycle lift down to the Ruhr and continue along the Ruhr past the water station and then across the fields to Mintard. From there it's back to Lintorf via side roads. There are numerous places to stop for refreshments. Most of the route is tarmac.
