From Einruhr you head north along the green shores of the Obersee. There are always beautiful vantage points and places to rest. After 6km the Urfttal dam is reached. From here it goes uphill through the forest and to the Dreiborner plateau, which allows far-reaching views of the Eifel. History buffs can explore the abandoned village of Wollseifen. Then it goes through the forest and back down to Einruhr. There are nice restaurants and cafes to stop by here.
