This circular route along the Eicherscheide hedgerows is particularly worth a trip in autumn when the leaves are in full colour. The route is signposted "Flurheckenweg - 17" and there are seven information boards that inform about the special features of the Eicherscheider hedgerows. The Eifel viewpoint "Worbelescheed" offers a marvellous view.
The entire path is paved so that it can also be used by pushchairs and wheelchairs. However, there are a few climbs of up to 14%. There are no public accessible toilets in Eicherscheid, the nearest one is at the bus station in Simmerath.
