RTF Laager Recknitz Tour – 150km Route

Official route of the RTF. This challenging road bike route is the long-distance option of the annual "Laager Recknitz Tour", a popular cycle tour (RTF) in the north of Germany. Riders can expect a real test of endurance as the route takes them through the idyllic landscape of the Recknitz Valley, characterised by wide meadows, small villages and the glacial valley structure typical of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Although the region is predominantly flat, the considerable distance requires excellent fitness and good preparation. The route is mainly on tarmac public roads, which is why the road traffic regulations (StVO) must always be observed. There are usually refreshment points and signposts available during the official event, but the route is also ideal for long training runs all year round.
