RTF Winsen - Durch Marsch und Heide - 166er Strecke

Official route for the 166 km RTF in Winsen. This route follows the 166-kilometre route of the RTF Winsen (Radtourenfahrt), a traditional organised cycling event. Designed for racing bikes, this tour represents a considerable endurance challenge. The route is almost entirely tarmac and takes cyclists on a long loop through two different landscapes: the flat, fertile plains of the Elbmarsch and the gently undulating, sandy Lüneburg Heath. The difficulty is solely due to the long distance, not the metres in altitude.
