The trail runs across the Leine, along the Pappelallee drinking water adventure trail and the Wasserwerk-Grasdorf adventure trail. Passing the waterworks, you reach the Leinemasch viewing tower via the Harkenblecker Furt ford. Here you can enjoy the marvellous view in good weather. The route continues through the fields, north of the Lange Teich pond and later to the Maschsee lido. The Löwenbastion is also worth a stop. The destination is almost reached when you arrive at the Sprengel Museum Hannover. This is not of interest to confectionery lovers, as it is named after the chocolate manufacturer of the same name. Once you arrive at the stadium, you return the same way. There are refreshment stops close to the route.
