This flat and even dyke route is the 10 km course of the Jümmelauf. The start is at the gymnasium on Turnerweg. After a short lap ("Bambinistrecke") through the village, the route runs along the dyke, where the participants of the 10 km run turn right and follow the dyke to Stickisee, before running briefly through the village and back to the dyke. The finish line for the 10km run, as well as for the 5km and 19km runs, is the gymnasium.
