This beautiful round starts at the parking lot at the market square in Braunlage. From there, the path leads via Königskrug to the Achtermannshöhe, from the summit of which there are great views of the Harz Mountains. Then it goes parallel to the Große Bode or Warmen Bode back to the starting point. Since many of the paths are very natural, sturdy shoes are recommended. There are places to stop for refreshments in Königskrug and Braunlage.
