The start and end point of this hike are at the hikers' car park on the country road between Trendelburg and Manrode. The route is marked with the signpost: No. 1 in a circle.
The circular hiking trail offers unrivalled views from the circular route around the summit of the Deiselberg. You also pass great vantage points from which you can admire the Habichtswald, Reinhardswald and Solling. The trail also descends into the romantic Schwelligengrund, through which the Westphalian-Hessian border also runs.
