The circular trail starts at the car park on the Stettbacher Tal road. It leads through the forest to Heiligenberg Castle. This lies to the east of the actual Heiligenberg, from where there is a sweeping view over the Rhine plain from the Palatinate to the Taunus. Finally, the route leads uphill through the forest to the Marienberg and quietly back to the starting point.
The short circular route is also perfect for families with children.
