This route is a certified premium hiking trail. The starting point is the Naurother hiking car park, from where you hike along bubbling streams, through idyllic forests, meadows and open countryside with beautiful views. A total of three former mining pits, including the Rosit slate mine, which closed in 1964, are passed along the route. Today, nature has reclaimed the impressive spoil heaps and you can observe all kinds of plants and animals here.
