Great mill route. The course is 9.8 km long and leads along the "Mühlenroute" through the Lüdertal valley. Up to 1.7 km it follows the course of the SJS route and then runs parallel to the Lüder towards Großenlüder. At the "Kleine Mühle" in Großenlüder, the route crosses the Lüder and then leads back downstream to Bimbach. At kilometre 6, the route passes the Wiesenmühle in the direction of the "altes Forsthaus". At kilometre 7.3, the route crosses the river again at the former "Wahlmühle" mill and then leads back to the village with a slight incline. The route then leads along the Hädenbach stream to the sports grounds and the finish. The route is between 241 and 265 metres in altitude and can therefore be described as easy.
