Passing a new marina, converted sheds and warehouses with innovative companies, museums, restaurants, cafés and stylish residential buildings, the journey in this direction ends at the old pier tower. The charming beacon provided guidance for ships entering the overseas harbour. Opposite, the view falls on the largest brick colossus in Europe: the listed grain handling facility is still partly in operation. Right next to it is the 'Waterfront' - a large shopping centre on the historic AG Weser shipyard site.
