The almost 4 km long circular hiking trail 1 starts at the Ruheforst car park directly at the Spessart Nature Park hiking board and is signposted with a red rabbit on a white background. The trail leads through the wooded Totengraben towards the town of Prozelten, where you can take a detour to the River Main. Further on to Hofthiergarten, there are some marvellous views of the Odenwald and the fields around Rauenberg.
