From the starting point, cross the road, then turn right and walk below the Blätterberg, cross the Chambtal valley up to Kleinaign (463 m) and continue via Ösbühl and Seuchau back to the Drachensee hiking car park. The trail leads through the shore zone and the ecological regeneration area, past information points and observation stations up to the viewing tower on the Kleinaigner Höhe, which offers a magnificent view over the Drachensee. You can stop for refreshments at the mill café near Seuchau. The circular route can be shortened by half by using the floating bridge from Blätterberg over to Ösbühl.
