Rund um den Mooskopf

Varied, exciting mountain bike tour in the Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg. You start in Gengenbach directly in front of the town hall. From there, the route leads to Wolfslache and then over a short, fun trail towards Santis Claus and then on towards Schwandeck. This is where the first part of the uphill trail fun begins: over a distance of approx. 3 km, the route takes you over hill and dale towards Mooshof. Once you reach the Mooshof, the trail climbs relatively steeply to the Späneplatz. From there, it is not far to the Mooskopf, but the second uphill section demands a lot more strength from the rider with an old Roman path. Once you reach the Mooskopf, it's all downhill apart from a few bumps. The next destination is the Kornebene, where you can enjoy delicious farmer's sausages and other good things. Once you've fortified yourself, the route continues quickly on a long trail with a flow rating! This leads back to the starting point. There are plenty of bakeries and ice cream parlours where you can reward yourself after a strenuous tour. Highlights of the tour: - Varied and fun trails - Refreshment stops - Great views
