This is a truly wonderful hike that promises a great deal of variety over just six and a half kilometres and follows the Neipperg nature trail for long stretches. From Neipperg Castle, you walk along the Klingenweg towards the Lochwald forest. You then walk along the edge of the forest and through fields and vineyards back to Neipperg.
In summer, don't forget water and sun protection - there is little shade on the route.
