On the second day of the Lonetal Trail, you hike from Bernstadt to Stetten ob Lontal. This stage offers a lot of variety: you pass the natural monument of the lime tree, the beautiful Aglisburren heath, idyllic forest edges and beautiful valleys such as the Trutteltal or the Hungerbrunnen valley. Some parts of this hike run along forest/field edges, which can be somewhat difficult to walk on depending on the season. Sturdy footwear is therefore highly recommended.
