Kraichgau-Hohenlohe cycle path stage 3: Braunsbach - Rothenburg ob der Tauber

Stage 3 of the long-distance cycle route "Kraichgau-Hohenlohe Cycle Route", Baden-Württemberg/Bavaria. This is the third and final stage of the popular Kraichgau-Hohenlohe cycle route, which runs for a total length of around 183 kilometres from Kronau through the Heilbronn region to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The third stage starts in Braunsbach and ends in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Most cyclists complete this section, which is considered the most strenuous of the long-distance cycle route, in around six and a half hours. Nature and culture are in balance here; you cycle through the picturesque Hohenlohe plain and the valleys of the Kocher and Jagst rivers and pass several impressive castles. Culinary delights are not neglected either. There are numerous opportunities for overnight stays and refreshments in the towns along the route and at the stage finish. The starting point in Braunsbach can be reached by bus and the stage ends at the railway station in Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
