This is the third stage of the varied Kocher-Jagst Cycle Route, which follows the courses of the Kocher and Jagst rivers in a marvellous, approximately 340 km long circular tour.
The third stage starts in Forchtenberg-Sindringen and leads through the Heilbronn countryside to Bad Friedrichshall, where the Kocher flows into the Neckar. The almost 37 km long, very flat tour can be completed in around three and a half hours. There are several castles, palaces and vineyards to marvel at on this stage.
The starting point can be reached by bus, the destination Bad Friedrichshall has a railway station as well as numerous places to stay overnight and stop for refreshments.
