Fairytale section of the long-distance hiking trail Lake Constance circular route (stage 4).
The Bodensee-circular route is one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Germany and is the fourth section of 11 stages. There are numerous places to stay and stop for refreshments along the way, and the possibility to take the bus, train, and boat back.
The starting point of this stage is Friedrichshafen, a university town with many beautiful sights. Finally, we leave the city for the set's highlight - through the Eriskircher Ried. A wonderful nature reserve of shallow water zones, alluvial forests, reed areas, litter meadows, and reed areas. Further to Langenargen, the imposing Montfort Castle immediately catches your eye. The route leads through other enchanting little towns to Lindau.
