This quality trail is a unique culinary circular route.
The tour starts at the Bierkulturstadt signpost at the Ehingen market fountain.
From there, the tour begins on the paths of the Multimedia Bierkulturstadt-Rundgang, which leads to the three city centre breweries Schwanen, Schwert and Rössle, among others.
It then heads uphill to the enchanted Wolfertpark and downhill again into the marvellous Danube valley. The route then turns left into the Donauried, following the Donau-Schmiech nature trail.
The Danube is crossed at Nasgenstadt. On the following section upstream, the path comes very close to the Danube. Once you arrive in Berg, you should plan enough time to visit the brewery vault, the old and impressive ice cellars and the brewery pub.
