The Albsteig Schwarzwald is an 83-kilometre long-distance hiking trail that leads through the unspoilt Black Forest and climbs 2,700 metres in altitude. This long-distance hiking trail is a true nature experience! You hike through tranquil forests, past bubbling streams, breathtaking waterfalls and magnificent viewpoints. Starting in Albbruck, the long-distance hiking trail leads up to the highest mountain in the Black Forest, the Feldberg. You hike along unspoilt paths and shady forest tracks, mostly along the riverbed of the Alb.
In the cathedral city of St. Blasien, the route splits into the western and eastern route, but both end at the Feldberg Pass.
