Start on the Rhine-Moselle road between Gondershausen and Emmelshausen. Past the Baunhöller Mühle mill, along the Liesenfelder and Preisbach streams to the rushing Ehrbach stream. Follow the watercourse through the gorge. Detour to Ehrenburg Castle (unfortunately closed in winter) and along the mountain gorge trail to Brodenbach on the Moselle.
