Wonderful circular route in the Harz National Park, Lower Saxony. The hike begins at the car park in Oderhaus or at the Oderhaus bus stop. It leads through the forests between Sankt Andreasberg and Braunlage and to the idyllically situated Silberteich. Towards the end of the round there is a forest restaurant to pause. From the start near the parking lot and the Oderteich bus stop, the hike leads south along the Odertalstraße and always along the course of the Oder. The hiking sign is a green triangle on a white background. After about two-thirds of the hike there is the Rinderstall forest restaurant for a stop off.
