The walk takes you through the Sauer Delta Nature Reserve. This fascinating landscape has long been linked to human activity. Man has exploited and used nature here over the years, creating a polder, pruning trees, etc. The nature reserve is now managed by the CSA (Conservatoire des Sites Alsaciens).
