Best cross-country skiing trails in Hohes Venn-Eifel Nature Park

The High Fens-Eifel Nature Park runs along the German-Belgian border. The German part is also known as the North Eifel Nature Park. North Rhine-Westphalia's only national park, the Eifel National Park, is located in the centre of the nature park.

The natural diversity of the park never ceases to amaze visitors. The upland moor in the Belgian "High Fens", rivers, streams and 15 lakes and reservoirs, the colourful diversity of species in the Limestone Eifel, wide and wooded mountain heights of the High Eifel and the foothills of the Volcanic Eifel are just some of the highlights of the nature park.
