Best horse riding trails in Dahme-Heideseen Nature Park

The Dahme-Heideseen Nature Park was established in 1998 and is located in the south-east of Berlin. The centrepiece of the 594 km² park are the Dahme-Heideseen lakes, also known as Dahmeland. The landscape with its more than 100 lakes, large and small streams, springs, moors and hills was shaped by the Ice Age and man has also left his mark here over the centuries. You can discover the varied nature on foot, by bike or on the water, or simply relax far away from the noise of the big city. 25 nature reserves and 30 fauna-flora-habitat areas are located in the nature park, which is home to a large number of protected animal species - such as several breeding pairs of eagles.
